Cantillon Pure Apricot is [[Cantillon Fou' Foune|Fou' Foune]] served when the fruit has been added but prior to refermentation.  As a result, it is largely dominated by the fresh apricot juice.  It is served from cask as a still lambic.

Cantillon first served this at the Great British Beer Festival in 2012.  It has also been available at [[Moeder Lambic]] during [[Cantillon_Zwanze_Day|Cantillon Zwanze Day]] 2013 and 2014 and occasionally at the brewery.
