3 Fonteinen Lambiek has been served in a number of settings on tap including 3 Fonteinen Café or brewery and various festivals. It can consist of lambic brewed by Armand or, depending on the time frame, lambic from wort brewed at Boon, Girardin, or Lindemans. The exact time when a beer switches from jonge to oude is based on the fermentation progress and is at the brewer's or blender's discretion.
A special bottling of a 4-year old Oude Lambiek containing Armand's own lambic was released during the first Sour & Bitter Festival in Copenhagen in 2012 for on-site consumption only. It was available for 175Dkr, or approximately $30USD for a 75cl bottle.
