Description
Chapeau Mirabelle is a sweetened lambic with natural plum juice flavor added and natural sweeteners according to the label. The "Abondance" labels denote the same beer, and were used before the "Chapeau" name became the standard.[1] It is 3% ABV.
History / Other Notes
Chapeau Mirabelle was commissioned by the French city of Metz for their annual Mirabelle Plum Festival.[1] It is 3% ABV.
