History / Other Notes
Oude Gueuze Cuvée René was first released in the mid-late 1990s supposedly at the suggestion of the U.S. importer for Lindemans, Merchant du Vin.[1] It is named for René Lindemans, who was the 6th generation master brewer at Lindemans before retiring and passing his share of the brewery on to his son in 2006.
