The Van Roy Family became familiar with their products during the Salon des bières Sauvages event, held in Arbois each year and organized by Aymeric Tissot from the Levain brewery, also son of Stéphane Tissot who provides the Vin Jaune barrels for La Vie est Belge as well as the grapes for La Corvée. | |||
For Zwanze 2026, a test batch was realized at different pourcentages of liquor added to each version, in order to establish the right balance in the final beer. | |||

Description
In 2026, there will be two variants of Zwanze (a red as well as a white vermouth), created in collaboration with Vermouth Sullivan in Jura, France.
