The second bottling was released in November 2025 to celebrate the 10th anniversary of VIlla Servais (Ambreus and Den Herberg also created a special blend for the occasion) and the lambic selection was made by Frank and Jos Boon. 15% Lambic is from foeder no. 48, and 15% from foeder no. 145. 15% comes from foeder no. 75, which was built in Antwerp in 1890. 55% Lambic is from foeder no. 68, and this foeder is also more than 125 years old. | ||
