Description
Den Herberg Oude Geuze Villa Servais is a geuze with a subtle Sherry Finish, created as a tribute to the Halle-based cello virtuoso François Servais. It was matured in French oak barrels and finished in sherry casks.
The lambics used in this blend were selected by Bart and Kloris Devillé for the 10th anniversary of Villa Servais.
It was bottled in 75cl format at 6.7% ABV.

Villa Servais is a historic villa in Halle, Belgium, protected by architectural heritage.
It was built in 1847 by architect Jean-Pierre Cluysenaar for the famous 19th-century cellist François (Adrien-François) Servais. It is now used as an Airbnb, concert venue and for cultural meetings.
