Description
For this blend, Ambreus, together with Jean-Pierre, Erik, Pieter-Jan, and Bastiaan, selected lambic from Lindemans, De Troch, and Den Herberg for the 10th anniversary of Villa Servais.
The blend of 4 barrels, each of 225 liters, consists of a barrel of 1-year-old lambic, a barrel of 2-year-old lambic, a barrel of 3-year-old lambic, and a barrel of 4-year-old lambic.
This lambic matured in small barrels, which provided extra depth and character from the wood, underlining the age of the blend.
It is bottled in 75cl format at 6.7% ABV.
