While the first 2010-2011 labeled release of Oude Gueuze was reportedly a blend of just 1 and 2-year-old lambics, all subsequent batches have been blends of 1, 2, and 3-year-old lambics.  The first known bottling of the gueuze occurred in December 2010 and was labelled as "1ier soutirage" (english: first racking).  Tilquin has consistently produced lambic blends in 375 mL and 750 mL bottles for export every year since its opening.

Meerts box #1
This Meerts Tilquin series was made by fermenting fruit that had already been used once. The fruit was fermented for a period of 4 months in a blend of 80% 1 year old Meerts and 20% of a blend of different 2 year old lambics. Meerts (or March Beer) is a low strength lambic, which was originally produced with the weaker wort obtained from the rinsing of the grains. Unfiltered and unpasteurized, they are refermented in the bottle.
This first box contained 9 different blends bottles in 375ml format, at 5.6% ABV each.
Meerts Box #2
This second box was released on June 24th, 2023, following the same process as the previous one, but with 6 different fruit blends.
Meerts box #3
Released on early september 2025, with 4 different fruit blends.

The Meerts series utilizes second use fruit blended with a lower alcohol "March" beer, which is produced using traditional lambic methods. The fruit was fermented for a period of 4 months in a blend of 80% 1-year-old Meerts and 20% in a blend of different 2-year-old lambics. The Fruit Extravaganza is an event organized by Tilquin to showcase fruit-infused lambics, often one-off or special kegs made for the occasion. It takes the form of a global tap takeover (sometimes over several dates) where a list of bars or venues participate, each pouring exclusive Tilquin fruit lambics.
