[[Cantillon]] Génépi is a lambic macerated on génépi flowers. It was brew X13 (17 December 17, 2020), steeped on August 9, 2022 and bottled one week later, on August 16, 2022. According to Jean Van Roy, only about 60 bottles were filled. The bottle has only been available to taste at the brewery very occasionally.

Then, lambic brew X13 (17 December 17, 2020), was steeped on August 9th, 2022 and the single barrel was bottled on August 11th, 2022 after a 48-hour maceration period. This is exceptionally short, but was opted for since the flowers are very potent in flavor. A total of 69 bottles were filled (approx. 50 liters), with added liqueur to achieve secondary fermentation - similar to the Lou Pepe series. This beer has only been available to taste at the brewery very occasionally, mostly during the annual Public Brew Day or Quintessence.

Génépi flowers are primarily found in the mountains of the Alps and Pyrenees in France. The small petals impart a distinct herbal and slightly bitter flavor. Eric Rulland, a friend of the brewery, hand-picked a small amount and brought them to the brewery, where they were immediately put on lambic for maceration.
