It is a blend of 40% lambic (Brouwerijen De Troch, Sako, and Eylenbosch) and 60% citrus wheat tripel (Straetebrouwerie in Desselgem) with maceration on lemongrass, lemon, and lemon balm. 60 L were produced in 2024. | ||
