It contains 350 grams of organic Pinot Noir grapes per liter of lambic from [http://www.zusslin.com/vin-alsace-valentin-zusslin/ Domaine Valentin Zusslin] in Alsace.  This blend from the 2015-2016 season was very small, and no bottles were sold to go. Some bottles were available to drink on premises at the blendery after the Moeder Lambic event.
