Cantillon Super Gueuze is a standard gueuze using a different label for marketing purposes at several occasions over several years during the 80's. It consists of 1, 2, and 3 year old lambic and was bottled in 750 mL and 375 mL bottles. The term super does not designate anything different with this blend of gueuze, but instead was a marketing term inspired by an old commercial ad by Paul Cantillon found at the brewery. With lambic having a hard time to sell in the 80's, Jean-Pierre decided to use the term Super Gueuze to be original and boost sales.
