Druif Cuvée Robinot is made in collaboration with renowned wine producer Jean-Pierre Robinot. After as short cold maceration period, destemmed grapes (85% Pinot D’Aunis and 15% Chenin Blanc) were macerated for 6 months on young lambic in a wooden barrel. This was then blended with 2-year-old lambics, resulting in a final weighted average age of over 15 months. the final fruit intensity is 323 g/L. All grains used in this blend were sourced from Pajottenland.
