Description
Donck Taru is a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambics (brewed by the yamaoroshi method) aged on a cedar wood Taru sake barrel from Masumi brewery in Japan, and 2 & 3-year-old koji lambics on oak barrels.
Bottled 2023
