Pjassel Nejgelkes is a blend of 1, 2 and 3-year-old lambics with red vineyard peaches and cloves.

Every year, we go harvesting vineyard peaches with Christoph in the Mosel wine region. While we’re working in the orchards, Christoph’s sister is making jam and preserved peaches. In the jars of peaches she’s preserving for the winter, a few cloves are added to the jars that will be served during the Christmas dinner. This winter blend Pjassel Nejgelkes is a great pairing with your Christmas dinner or to enjoy with friends around the bonfire. Merry Christmas!
