Bofkont Barbera Blue Label is a geuze blend of 1, 2 ~~ans~~ 3-year-old ~~lambic~~ with the addition of barbera grapes from the Piemonte region in Italy. The blue label version of the blend is not refermented in the bottle and therefore still, while the white label version is carbonated as it went through a refermentation in the bottle.
