Bofkont Chantal & Richard is a blend of 1 and 2-year-old lambic with the addition of chardonnay and riesling grapes, at 10 % lambic for 90 % grapes. It was bottled still as there was no second fermentation in the bottle on purpose, and is according to Bofkont the most wine forward blend they ever made at this point. | |||
