Lambic aged on Timorasso grape from I Carpini in the Emilia-Romagna region in Italy. This native grape is rare and almost disappeared during the 20th century but is making a comeback thanks to producers and other actors of the wine scene, especially Walter Massa (as well as a small group of producers friends joining him, calling themselves the "Derthona Dreamers Team") who worked hard to convince wine sommeliers to give the grape a chance at a time inexpensive whites were leading the market, while Timorasso needed time to reach its potential, but was very rewarding.
