Biet is a lambic blend of red beet (grown at different lambics and spontaneously-fermented beetroot wine, made from beets sourced directly from the blendery’s farm) and organic Pajottenland apples. It is only bottled in 75cl and listed as 7% ABVat Boerenerf.
