Pajotse Kweepeer lambiek

Three organic quince varieties matured in three wooden barrels. Cydonia oblonga: Lescovak, Vranja, Champion of Pajot soil. Carefully blended with lambic brewed from ancient local grains. Wheat contribution from own yard. Wild and spontaneous natural beer. This bottle is blended with 375g fruit per liter. Bottling date: 17 January 2021. Best before: 9 November 2041.
