Description
Kweepeerlambiek is a quince lambic blend with 3 quince variants: Vranja, Lescovacz, and Champion. It is bottled in 37,5cl bottles and listed as 7% ABV.
History / Other Notes
This bottle was first released in June 2021, and is one of the first commercial all-quince lambics to have been released.

My farm heritage in barrels, walls and stories from the past. An old family tradition extinguished, a fresh breeze brings life to a new one. Brewery Eyenbosch Huizingen. 1876 – 1965. Farmer by education, nature as training, lambic as a canvas. I found masters for passion and craft. Creativity in field and orchard. A future and a new generation for our Eylenbosch Farmstead.
Pajotse Kweepeer lambiek
Three organic quince varieties matured in three wooden barrels. Cydonia oblonga: Lescovak, Vranja, Champion of Pajot soil. Carefully blended with lambic brewed from ancient local grains. Wheat contribution from own yard. Wild and spontaneous natural beer. This bottle is blended with 375g fruit per liter. Bottling date: 17 January 2021. Best before: 9 November 2041. Store horizontally. Mind the sediment when pouring.
