Description
Kweepeerlambiek is a quince lambic blended with cider. The quince variants used in this blend are: Vranja, Lescovak, and Champion. Kweepeerlambiek with cider
Three organic Pajot quince varieties matured in three wooden barrels. Before bottling the lambic is blended with an organic Pajot cider made from Normandian apple varieties. Fréquin rouge, Marsenguin, and Kermerrien. Fermented and matured in oak barrels. Carefully blended with lambic brewed from ancient local grains. Wheat contribution from own yard. Wild and spontaneous natural beer. This blend is made with 60 % quince lambic and 40 % cider. Bottling date: 23 January 2021. Best before: 9 November 2041. Store horizontally. Mind the sediment when pouring.
