De Zwaan café is lambic-focused pub located in Dworp. The café was opened in the Fall of 2011 by Adri Vanderelst and his brother Stijn. In 2013, De Zwaan won the annual award from De Lambikstoempers recognizing a business's achievements in promoting lambic in Belgium.[1] De Zwaan changed ownership in 2016[2] and the cafe shifted away from a lambic focus. However, with another ownsership change in 2019[3] De Zwaan once again offers a wide selection of traditional lambics.
