Description
Lindemans Framboise is a filtered, pasteurized, and sweetened lambic with raspberry juice and raspberry flavoring added. It is labeled as 2.5% ABV and is released in 250ml, 355ml, 375ml, and 750ml bottles as well as kegs.
History / Other Notes
Lindemans Framboise has been available since 1980. Thirty percent raspberry juice by volume is added before filtration and pasteurization.[1] Since 2012, all sweetened Lindemans beers are sweetened with the natural sweetener Stevia. Before 2012 they were sweetened with Acesulfame K. Before bottling, the sweetened beers are put through a centrifuge for filtration.[2]
