	3 Fonteinen Druif - Dorfedler is a lambic with Dornfelder grapes added. Along with [[3_Fonteinen_Druif_-_Muscat\|3 Fonteinen Druif Muscat]], and the Twist of Fate experiments not withstanding, it marked the first large scale commercially released grape lambic from 3 Fonteinen since [[3_Fonteinen_Malvasia_Rosso\|Malvasia Rosso]] and was the first in a line of new, regularly released grape blends.
