== Description ==
Boon Framboise is a raspberry lambic released regularly by the brewery. It is available in 250ml capped bottles, 375ml and 750ml corked and caged bottles, and 20L kegs. Boon Framboise was first created in 1976.  It uses 300 grams of fresh raspberries per liter.<ref name = PalmBrew> Palm Breweries - [http://www.palm.be/pageflip/en/files/assets/downloads/publication.pdf Master Class, Palm Breweries], 2nd Edition, 2013 </ref>  It is made with lambic that is particularly young, seven to eight months, to allow the fullness and sweetness of young lambic to prevail.
