==Overview==
The weekend of Spontaneous Fermentation is a festival that has been going on for 23 years and features primarily lambic beers such as lambic, kriekenlambic, faro, gueuze, framboise and others (approximately 70 beers) from all of the remaining lambic brewers and blenders. <ref name=bierpallieters>http://en.bierpallieters.be/weekend</ref> This festival is put on by the Opstalse Bierpallieters, a beer drinking organization.
