Bottled in 2025 at 6.5% ABV

The recipe was carefully crafted for the restaurant by Jeno Del Turco, chief-sommelier of the restaurant et "meilleur sommelier de Belgique" (best sommelier of Belgium), who also provided the shiso growing in their garden.
