Speling van het Lot XI.ii – Pruim – Reine Claud d’Oullins “Met Pit” – Raw & Uncut is a lambic blended with Claude d’Oullins plums and macerated for seven months in a stainless steel tank. For this maceration, the plums were left intact with their stones/pits. The plums come from Wijndomein Hoenshof in the Limburg province of Belgium. The final fruit intensity of this lambic is 500 grams of plums per liter of finished lambic. It was bottled in 750 mL format and limited to 135 total bottles.
