Speling van het Lot XI.i – Pruim – Reine Claud d’Oullins “Met Pit” – Raw & Uncut is a lambic blended with Claude d’Oullins plums and aged for seven months in an oak barrel. For this maceration, the stones/pits were removed from the fruit. The plums come from Wijndomein Hoenshof in the Limburg province of Belgium. The final fruit intensity of this lambic is 526 grams of plums per liter of finished lambic. It was bottled in 750 mL format and limited to 506 total bottles.
