Speling van het Lot X.vi – Druif – Dornfelder “Druif” – Raw & Uncut is a blend of young lambic aged on whole Dornfelder grapes for approximately three months in the barrel. The grapes come from Wijndomein Hoenshof in the Limburg province of Belgium. The final fruit intensity of this blend is 514 grams of Muscat Bleu per liter of finished lambic. It was bottled in 750 mL bottles and limited to 500 bottles.
