Description
Speling van het Lot X.vx – Druif – Gewürztraminer is a blend of lambic and Gewürz grapes from Alsace. Inspired by a wine shared with the team at 3 Fonteinen by Armand, this lambic contains 247 kg of grapes macerated in 250 L of lambic in a Bordeaux barrel. It was bottled in 750 mL format and listed at 10.5% ABV.
History / Other Notes
This bottle was released for on-site only consumption at the price of €35 in July of 2021 for charity benefiting the Kinderkankerfonds organization which is a children's cancer fund based in Belgium helping Belgian families who are experiencing childhood cancer. This charity is close to Armand's heart as well as everyone involved at the brewery and the Lambic.Info project.
