Description
Speling van het Lot V.i -Ferme Framboos Raw and Uncut is a blend of local whole organic raspberries with one-year-old lambic macerated together for more than nine months with a final fruit intensity of 700 grams of raspberries per liter of lambic. Some organic honey was added to the blend immediately before blending. The raspberries originate from De Ferme Framboos in Huldenberg. It was bottled in 750 mL bottles and a total of 48 bottles were produced.
