Speling van het Lot IX.i - Aardbeiiteraties - Bio Aardbei Raw & Uncut is a lambic blended with organic strawberries from Ferme Framboos and macerated in a Chateau Prabus wine barrel. The maceration period was one month before being bottled in 750 mL bottles. The final fruit intensity is 366 grams of strawberries per liter of lambic. This particular bottling was limited to 515 bottles.
