Description
Speling van het Lot IV.ii - Ferme Braam Raw and Uncut with Honey is a blend of local whole organic blackberries with one-year-old lambic macerated together for eight and a half months with a final intensity of 620 grams of blackberries per liter of lambic. A small amount of orgnanic honey was added prior to bottling. It was bottled in 750 mL bottles and a total of 84 bottles were produced.
