3 Fonteinen Pruim - Altesse & Anna Späth
Description
This small batch Pruim is the result of the maceration of three different old varieties of plums from Haspengouw: Simpele Altesse, Dubbele Altesse and Anna Späth. This ‘fieldblend’ of Fruitdas macerated for 3.5 months on one- and two-year-old lambik. The lambikken originate from four different barrels and twelve different brews. The final fruit intensity is 372 grams of fruit per litre.
